Bryant Haines – Summary Bio
I have over twenty-five years experience leading enterprise initiatives in both the public and private sectors. My portfolio includes work with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Department of Treasury, Department of Defense and NASA. I was most recently the Director of Engineering and Technology at Design Team Sign Company in Savannah, Tennessee, where I led the structural and mechanical engineering and Information Technology teams serving clients across the United States. I am a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, a past member of the U.S. Congressional Business Advisory Council, and hold active memberships with IEEE and the International Council on Systems Engineering. I have also been awarded the Congressional Medal of Distinction for my contributions on military initiatives.
I spent thirteen years as the Chief Executive Officer of Kinetic IT Systems, Inc. I have also held a Department of Defense Top Secret clearance. I am certified in multiple IBM i2 intelligence solutions, and have developed and deployed artificial intelligence solutions for the US Drug Enforcement Agency, FBI, US Army, and uS Special Operations Command. I led the sole integration between IBM’s Enterprise Insight Analysis and Watson Explorer. I have led over $165M in savings and been a key contributor on over $400M in revenues. I have built multiple high performance teams, and been recognized as a leader of people and a pioneer in technology.
My role typically ranges from strategic leader to project manager to systems engineer and pre-sales solutions architect. I am excited to work with your team while wearing all these hats. From developing the Concept of Operations (ConOps) and solution presentation collateral to actually integrating the technologies into a functional system, I am excited to lead. Scope and expectation management are critical, so I’ll clarify now that I’m no developer. Yes, I can do some coding and some database development, but these are not my strengths. Knowing my strengths and capabilities helps me to better facilitate the broader solution and collaborate with the team to ensure the most capable and qualified solution possible.
